"son groseros y mal educados. la agente Ailin una agente que habla español es una mal educada. me trato mal y me colgo el telefono. solo espero le enseñen buenos modales a esa mal educada. no recomendaria nunca este lugar ni esta oficina. para mi la peor. solo deseo encontrar un nuevo agente. Gracias por ser tan groseros. They are rude and ill-mannered. Agent Ailin, a Spanish-speaking agent, is incredibly rude. She treated me badly and hung up on me. I just hope someone teaches her some manners. I would never recommend this place or this office. It's the worst, in my opinion. I just want to find a new agent. Thanks for being so rude."
