"son groseros y mal educados. la agente Ailin una agente que habla español es una mal educada. me trato mal y me colgo el telefono. solo espero le enseñen buenos modales a esa mal educada. no recomendaria nunca este lugar ni esta oficina. para mi la peor. solo deseo encontrar un nuevo agente. They are rude and ill-mannered. Agent Ailin, a Spanish-speaking agent, is incredibly rude. She treated me badly and hung up on me. I just hope someone teaches her some manners. I would never recommend this place or this office. It's the worst, in my opinion. I just want to find a new agent. Thanks for being so rude."
