"I've had a wonderful experience changing to Leslie Gilley insurance agency. I got great rates with the most personal service from Elizabeth I could have asked for. I wasn't ready to change when she first contacted me and I told her so. She respected that and did not contact me again until months later when I told her I'd be ready. At that time she did everything I asked and more. It's like when I first started out and could call my agent and get things done in a day. I do that there. I love that. No calling an 800 number and leaving messages. I get a real person and a real response right then."
