"I first got State Farm when I was 19 and they always go the extra mile to help me afford my policy. Recently I purchased a new vehicle, and was kind of stressed about getting it covered, but Nicole was very patient and helped me. She worked with my crazy schedule to get everything set up being patient as I had to call her on my short work breaks. She also helped me get a discount since my husband also has State Farm. I really appreciate it Nicole! Your help has really affected my life in a wonderful way!"

"2hen they called to make sure that I was canceling, and i asked how much of a refund I was getting, the lady hung up on me. I called back and she acted like they were having phone and internet problems. Will never use them again."

"Andy, you’re right—we did call to confirm whether you wanted to cancel all three policies, not just the two you initially requested. That’s because we want to make sure everything is handled correctly, including your full refund for all three policies. The refund is handled directly by State Farm, who calculates the amount based on your last payment and the number of days you were insured. In our follow-up email, we explained that State Farm was experiencing system issues at the time, which caused the phone problems you encountered. I’ve included that email (from 9/24 at 3:28PM) below in case you didn’t read it before leaving your 1-star review: "Hey Andy, I apologize for the phone call issues earlier—we are having technical problems with our State Farm system, which also affect our phones. I have submitted the cancellation request for both of your autos and your renter's policy with the effective date of xx/xx/xxxx; I also cancelled your auto draft payment. We’re sorry to see you go but understand that with this economy every penny saved counts. We hope you’ll consider giving us the opportunity in the future to requote your insurance. Enjoy this rainy weather!" We appreciate your business over the past nearly three years. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out!"

"I had issues with paying my bill online. Vanessa was a big help and had patience with me. The site said I paid, but I didn’t push anything. Vanessa checked and sent me a copy of my receipt for my records. Anytime I have questions are concerns I have not problem asking anyone in that office."
