  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve issues.

Compensación $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
